Architectural Lighting

A       bold new lighting design lighting idea has been conceived by Mark Fabbro.

An important aspect of the concept is the flexibility with which it can be adapted to integrate with specific architecture and outdoor features.  Sculptured light elements are designed and located to complement and accentuate architectural features. Themes can be established or extended as desired by architects or client. When combined with existing spotlighting, unique and sophisticated night atmospheres can be created.

Throughout the design process architectural style and features are taken into consideration and creative input from the client is encouraged.

An important  idea is to initiate a theme  for an interior through the lighting sculptures. The theme may be as simple as a colour or as specific as a marine setting. Any theme can be applied.

Wall lights, hanging shades and candle lanterns are combined as is functional and to suit style. For example, colourful dynamic lantern sculptures can be placed on each table of a dimly lit restaurant, or one large triangular wall light sculpture can add an effective feature to an exposed interior gable.

The application of the idea in the home opens up limitless opportunities to create truly unique interior design features. These include ornate entrance wall lights to welcome visitors into small foyers, and personalised bedside reading lamps.

The Concept for ARCHITECTS AND INTERIOR DESIGNERS

When designing interiors, theme back lighting can add an interesting depth to vertical surfaces and make confined spaces feel larger. At the centre of a room, complementary lamps and hanging shades are able to provide unique functional features or tailored to suit existing decor.

Even  features visible outside during the day can be re-invented inside as a light sculpture  at night.

The Concept for RESTAURATEURS

No matter what culinary extravaganza  you may serve - like good wine, we can complement it.

Our aim is to 're-light' dining rooms with charm and warmth. When combining candle lanterns and elevated lighting, dining tables can be transformed into special places.

An uninviting dinning table can be transformed into a warm unique place for romantic couples just by adding a small sculptured candle lantern.

The Concept for RENOVATORS AND HOME OWNERS

Re-invent your home interior (at night) without buying new furniture.

More than likely you entertain guests mostly at night. If you want a truly unique atmosphere at these times, but don't want the existing day time functions interrupted or  changed, Marine Geo can   translate and realise some of your creative  inclinations
