By holding up and looking into the lanterns in the dark one can imagine twirling planets, orbiting moons and the passing of meteorites. Each lamp or lantern represents a solar system. The flame or globe in the centre is the single light source and mimics the sun

Large feature table lamps  appear white; but when they are lit up in the dark, external surfaces are silhouetted leaving vivid multi spherical elements and moonscapes to peer into.
