Large-scale works are inspired by the power of the ocean, universal ideas relating to the resolution of conflict , and simply by being alive at  the turn of a millennium.

The work is characterised by the nexus  of significant symbolism. It also provides a unique focus for  multi-disciplinary and intercultural artistic expression.  For these reasons the sculpture can be seen as  an imaginative response to the divisive aspects of  contemporary fundamentalism.

DECORATIVE ART

decorative  lighting sculpture is a new uniquely Australian interactive functional  concept.   Included in the  marine, earth and celestial themes. These items  include large fixtures, wall reliefs and free standing  lamps. They are utilized to enhance thematic indoor atmospheres and provide a unique sculptural element to tables and settings.  The concept has also been developed  as themed functional giftware ie as aromatherapy lanterns.

"Inspired by living at a turn of a  Millennium, the ancient concept of universalism  and the oceanic surf experience,  I  mould and  carve sculptures. Through this pursuit, I attempt  to indicate important symbolism as a response  to the current human predicament, while offering creative   ideas which may inspire refreshing ideas about what living at the turn of a millennium can mean."
